hello sir,

my name is j.c. nessa and i come to you with an interesting circumstance. i have been involved with crossfit for just over 2 years now, not only as a follower, but also as a trainer. i am a level 2 certified trainer as well as being olympic weightlifting certified. i have had the opportunity of working with and training with james (OPT) and bret (AFT) of crossfit calgary. as you may know, they took 1st and 2nd respectively at last year's crossfit games.

my proposal is this...i am temporarily in-between jobs as a firefigher due to a past injury and i am seeking temporary compensation as a crossfit trainer for a period of approximately 1-3 months. if you are in need of an additional coach at your facility, could you please contact me so that we can discuss it further? my schedule is very open and flexible. i am also local as i am currently residing in HB.
