I began CF at Big John's from the very start, back in October 2006. Brian, Felicia and Mike have since taken over, and are doing great things for members at the gym. I continue to work and train on my own in Bakersfield, CA. I continue to run this weblog as a source of information to CF'ers in Valencia, Bakersfield and worldwide!
